Step 1:- Grab your Certificate

you can get the cert and key in 12-24 hours and the site is in complete english.


STEP 1 : Go to the site : http://cer.opda.cn/en and Register.


STEP 2 : Login in Your Account

  
STEP 3 : Click on My Certificates



STEP 4: Click on Apply Certificate and fill in the details. For phone number it should be 11-digit number starting with either 135,138 or 139 .



STEP 5: Now u will have to wait for 12-24 hours and check back the site. It ill say APPLYING ,and once done their will be a tick mark under State.


STEP 6: Check back the site after 12-24 hrs and u ill see the .cer and .key. Download it by clicking it.

STEP 7: Next , Rename the two files to (file name).key [the 1kb file] and (file name).cer [the 25kb file]

And you should have this -






Now you can use this to sign your files on next steps !!!

" certificate tool" .


Step 6- after that again it will show two options.
Choose second one which is
"a button to download ".



Step 6-Then downloading will start.


Step 7- then it will ask to save.
Then select memory card.

Step 8- then file manager to memory card.
There you will find a folder named
" my cert ".
your certificates and key files are in the folder. 

So you can transfer these files to your computer using B/T or Data Cable for next steps.
